Francis, Orr & Totusek, L.L.P. has represented the interests of clients in Texas for more than fourteen (14) years. Its attorneys have over 75 years of combined experience in the practice of law. Having each practiced in a variety of legal settings, Blair Francis and Jim Orr began practicing law together in March, 1993. On January 1, 1994, Blair and Jim formed the law firm of Francis & Orr, L.L.P., concentrating its practice in matters involving commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. In 2005, Don Totusek was added as a partner in the firm, diversifying the firm’s practice areas to include estate planning, probate and banking matters.
The firm has represented the interests of large corporations and small businesses in a variety of legal matters. The firm has negotiated numerous transactions and settlements, filed various legal actions and lawsuits, and defended clients in lawsuits in many counties and districts throughout Texas.
