S. Cathy Tarkington, Legal Assistant, holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas Christian University.
She completed the Legal Assistant Certificate Program at Southern Methodist University, receiving both a General Certificate and a Litigation Certificate from that institution.
Ms. Tarkington has been an employee of the firm since its founding and prior thereto of Mr. Francis since October 26, 1992. She has been involved in health care disputes and reimbursement matters since the beginning of the firm’s practice in this area in 1995.
